Workshop You and the Dutch work culture

Understanding the Dutch communication style can be challenging. We’ve all heard these cultural stereotypes: the Dutch are very direct, always express their opinions, and have flat hierarchies in their companies. You probably already know this.

In this workshop, we’ll take it a couple of steps further: what stands behind these characteristics and how you can use this information to communicate more effectively, whether during job interviews or team meetings.
